Ravensbury is being transformed into a modern place to live for current and future residents.

Ravensbury estate is undergoing a landscape-driven regeneration in Mitcham, South West London. The 200 new homes will replace non-traditionally constructed properties built just after the Second World War.

Ravensbury Phase 2

The second phase of Ravensbury estate’s regeneration has been completed, delivering an additional 54 new homes in 2025.
